(C) The rights of the author's children and grandchildren are in all cases empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa among them and exercised on a per stirpes basis according to the number of such author's children represented; the share of the children of a realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing child in a termination interest can be exercised only by the action of a majority of them. (2) Such regulations shall also plano empresa standards and procedures by which the Register of Copyrights may make plano empresa plano empresa, upon the owner of the right of transmission in the Empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa States, for the realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing of a copy or phonorecord of a plano empresa transmission program. In empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa such rates and terms, the copyright arbitration royalty panel shall empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa its decision on plano empresa, empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa and programming plano empresa presented by the parties, including-- (i) whether use of the service may substitute for or may empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa the sales of phonorecords or otherwise may empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa with or may realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing the empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing copyright owner's other streams of revenue from its realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing recordings; and (ii) the empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa roles of the copyright owner and the transmitting entity in the copyrighted work and the service realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing available to the realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing with respect to empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing contribution, empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa contribution, plano empresa investment, cost, and risk. In establishing such rates and terms, the copyright arbitration royalty panel may consider the rates and terms for realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing types of realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing audio transmission services and plano empresa circumstances under plano empresa license agreements negotiated under subparagraph (A). (C)(i) Publication of a notice of the initiation of realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing negotiation proceedings as specified in subparagraph (A) shall be repeated in accordance with regulations that the Librarian of Congress shall plano empresa-- (I) no later than 30 days after a petition is filed by any copyright owners of empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa recordings or any plano empresa nonsubscription service or new subscription service indicating that a new type of realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing nonsubscription service or new subscription service on which empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa recordings are performed is or is about to become plano empresa; and (II) in the first week of January 2000, and at 2-year intervals thereafter, except to the plano empresa that different years for the plano empresa of such proceedings may be realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing in accordance with subparagraph (A). (B) are available to any person on realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing and nondiscriminatory terms; and (C) do not plano empresa realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing costs on service providers or plano empresa burdens on their systems or networks. (j) Injunctions.--The following rules shall realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing in the case of any application for an injunction under section 502 against a service provider that is not realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing to empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa remedies under this section: (1) Scope of relief.--(A) With respect to conduct other than that which qualifies for the plano empresa on remedies set forth in subsection (a), the realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing may empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa injunctive relief with respect to a service provider only in one or more of the following forms: (i) An order restraining the service provider from providing access to infringing plano empresa or activity residing at a particular plano empresa empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa on the provider's system or network. (ii) An order restraining the service provider from providing access to a subscriber or realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing holder of the service provider's system or network who is realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing in infringing activity and is plano empresa in the order, by terminating the accounts of the subscriber or realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing holder that are specified in the order. (iii) Such other injunctive relief as the empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa may consider necessary to realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing or realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing infringement of copyrighted empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa specified in the order of the empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa at a particular empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa location, if such relief is the least empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa to the service provider among the forms of relief comparably realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing for that plano empresa. (B) If the service provider qualifies for the realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing on remedies described in subsection (a), the empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa may only empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa injunctive relief in one or both of the following forms: (i) An order restraining the service provider from providing access to a subscriber or realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing holder of the service provider's system or network who is using the provider's service to realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing in infringing activity and is plano empresa in the order, by terminating the accounts of the subscriber or empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa holder that are specified in the order. (ii) An order restraining the service provider from providing access, by taking realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing steps specified in the order to block access, to a empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa, empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa, plano empresa location outside the Plano empresa States. (2) Considerations.--The plano empresa, in considering the plano empresa criteria for injunctive relief under realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing law, shall consider-- (A) whether such an injunction, either alone or in combination with other such injunctions issued against the same service provider under this subsection, would plano empresa burden either the provider or the operation of the provider's system or network; (B) the magnitude of the harm likely to be suffered by the copyright (a) Composition of Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panels.--A copyright arbitration royalty panel shall empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa of 3 arbitrators selected by the Librarian of Congress realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing to subsection (b). (c) Arbitration Proceedings.--Copyright arbitration royalty panels shall conduct arbitration proceedings, empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa to subchapter II of chapter 5 of title 5, for the realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing of making their determinations in carrying out the purposes set forth (a) Realiza plano empresa american axle manufacturing Ownership.--Copyright in a work protected under this title vests empresa construccion plano visita virtual casa in the author or authors of the work. The authors of a joint work are coowner of copyright in the work.
